Actually I'm listening to such a perfect CD, i considered to open up a new thread for Music, you're listening to but which is that great you just have to describe it instead of just typing title and artist. First of all, i begin with a soundtrack to a great film everybody who loves art, music, "philosophy" and/or Johnny Depp should have seen; and so's the soundtrack. Dead ManNow, what kind of Music is it? The whole film is somewhat dominated by one man, better said: one of the high gods of rock, telling everything and nothing just by playing his guitar. There's no voice (except sometimes some speaking from the film, little pieces of quiet personal tragedy: "...then you're a dead man",... "My name is Nobody.." and so on) in it, just the guitar, sometimes the whispering of waves, wind or trees, the rumbling of stones like thunder, the quiet voice of William Blake and Nobody, the ... ok, i think you get it. There is not even one song which seems to be a normal "track", its more some feeling of flowing, beginning with track 1, but there's not stopping at the end; just some kind of fading to the next one, sometimes weeping or even screaming for the dying, lonesome, lost William Blake, preparing to die on a deadly wound. It's impossible, somebody doing this just by playing some riffs, there must be a living being inside the guitar. There's just one man, able to play his instrument as if it was screaming, weeping, howling; Neil Young.

This soundtrack is actually something, you have to hear, when you're alone in the room, it is dark and after a few tracks you're gonna slit you're wrists. No, it's pretty good, of course, Neil Young is a god. I don't know the movie myself, but it sounds interesting. Definitely something I want to watch.
